Had an issue today with a unit that was installed this fall. Paul came out as soon as he was done the job he was at, fixed it within 30 minutes with no charge. Very pleased with this company, especially in these times where contractors are a dime a dozen. Highly recommend
Mr. Paul Fleming is an expert in his field. He has serviced my pool heat pump for years, including fixing the original one that was installed by another company and never worked right. Mr. Fleming installed my new pool heat pump and performs the annual start-up service. His rates are extremely reasonable and he is one of the most honest serviceman I have encountered and he always shows up when scheduled. After his excellent care of my pool heat pump, I contracted Mr. Fleming to service my house heat and air conditioning unit. He is the best . . . you won't be disappointed.
The negative "review" is bogus, and the "reviewer" should be ashamed. Paul Fleming has worked on my heating and A/C systems at three properties for more than 15 years. He is, at all times, professional, courteous, personable, and reliable. He responds to messages promptly and shows up on time. And he does excellent work at reasonable prices. Over the years, he has done everything for me from minor repairs to seasonal checkups to installing a complete system. I have total confidence in him and have recommended him to my neighbors, who are also very happy with his work. He's a good, honest businessman who doesn't deserve a bad rating from someone who's using a fake name and has never hired him. Had Paul Fleming out TODAY. What a great guy. He is an expert. Our unit is old we were told by someone else we needed to replace our unit. He came out took his time and found a broken wire. He fixed it and it runs fine. Glad we didn't listen to the first guy. So if you need someone call him. You'll be glad you did.
